Duffloo Gift Card Terms & Conditions (Canada)
1. General
Duffloo Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by Duffloo Inc. and may be used only for eligible Duffloo laundry services purchased through the Duffloo mobile app or website.
Gift Cards are not a credit card, debit card, or stored-value account, and have no cash value except as required by law.
2. No Expiry / No Fees
Gift Cards do not expire
No inactivity, maintenance, or service fees apply after purchase
3. Redemption
Gift Cards are redeemable only through the Duffloo mobile app
The full gift card balance is applied to the recipient's Duffloo account upon redemption
Gift Card balances may be used across multiple orders until fully used
4. Eligible Services
Gift Cards may be used for any Duffloo-offered laundry services, including wash, dry, fold, and applicable add-ons, subject to availability and Duffloo's service terms.
5. Non-Refundable / No Cash Value
Gift Cards are non-refundable
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred for monetary value
Gift Cards cannot be resold
6. Loss, Theft, or Unauthorized Use
Treat Gift Card numbers like cash
Duffloo is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards
Duffloo may, at its discretion, assist with recovery if proof of purchase is provided and the card has not been redeemed
7. Fraud & Abuse
Duffloo reserves the right to suspend or cancel Gift Cards and related accounts if fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected.
8. Processing & Technical Issues
Duffloo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party systems, payment processors, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.
9. Changes to Terms
Duffloo may update these Gift Card Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the Duffloo website and apply to future purchases.
10. Governing Law
These Gift Card Terms are governed by the laws of the province in which the gift card was purchased and applicable Canadian law.
