With a plethora of laundry services available in Toronto, it can be challenging to determine which one is the best fit for your needs. This article sets out what you get with Duffloo and how it compares on price, speed and convenience.
How much does Duffloo cost?
One of the key aspects that sets Duffloo Laundry apart from other laundry services in Toronto is its fair pricing. At $1.25/lb — plus a $3.99 Platform Service Fee and a $1.49 Trust & Safety Fee per order, and 13% HST — Duffloo offers an affordable option without compromising on quality. The per-pound rate, any add-ons, any distance surcharge, both per-order fees and tax are all itemised before you confirm an order. A few charges can only be assessed later, such as a missed pickup or delivery or a condition found at inspection; each is named in the Terms. See the full rate card in our pricing.
How fast is Duffloo's laundry service?
Duffloo Laundry understands the importance of time, especially for busy individuals who need their laundry done quickly and efficiently. With their next-day delivery* service, Duffloo ensures that all orders picked up by 4 PM are delivered within 24 hours*. This level of convenience is unmatched by most competitors in the market.
Free Pickup and Dropoff*
Duffloo Laundry offers free pickup and dropoff* for all their customers, making it incredibly easy to schedule a laundry pickup. You don't need to drive to a laundromat or wait around for a machine, and the same free pickup* is available for homes, student housing and hotels.
Easy-to-Use Mobile App and Website
With a user-friendly mobile app and website, Duffloo Laundry makes it simple for customers to schedule their laundry pickups and deliveries. You can place an order in just a few taps from your phone or a browser.
Vetted and Trained Washers and Drivers
Quality and reliability are at the core of Duffloo Laundry's services. They have a growing network of Washer Heroes and drivers who provide a satisfactory police clearance before activation and complete Duffloo’s training programme, so your laundry is handled with care and delivered promptly. This commitment to quality sets Duffloo apart from other laundry services in Toronto.
Neighbourhood-Based Service
Duffloo matches each order with a Washer Hero close to you, so pickups and deliveries stay within your neighbourhood rather than routing through a central plant. See the Toronto areas we serve. Every order is washed separately from any other customer's laundry, kept together and tagged throughout.
Excellent Customer Support
Duffloo Laundry prides itself on offering outstanding customer support. Their team is available to answer any questions (many are already answered in the FAQ) and address concerns, ensuring that customers feel valued and satisfied with their service.
In conclusion, Duffloo Laundry is built around what Toronto customers tell us matters most. With a single $1.25/lb rate plus two clearly named per-order fees, next-day return* on standard orders, free pickup and dropoff*, user-friendly technology, background-checked and trained Washer Heroes, and responsive customer support, Duffloo is worth a look. Try Duffloo Laundry and see for yourself.
