Wash, dry & fold, picked up in Downtown & Midtown

Downtown and midtown is condo country — CityPlace, the Financial District, St. Lawrence and Church-Wellesley — alongside the houses and low-rises of the Annex, Riverdale, Rosedale, Leaside, Davisville and Yonge & Eglinton. Shared laundry rooms, stacked in-suite machines that won't take a duvet, and long days at the office all add up. Duffloo collects from your door or another secure, labelled spot, a Washer Hero washes, dries and folds everything, and your laundry is back the next day*.

How it works

  1. Book a pickup

Schedule in the app or on the web, pick your detergent and drying preferences, and leave your bag out — you don't need to be home.

  2. We wash, dry & fold

A Washer Hero collects your order, washes it separately from anyone else's, dries it the way you chose and folds it neatly.

  3. Back the next day*

Orders picked up before 3 PM are typically returned the next day* by 8 PM, unless special handling or extras apply.

Reviews from Google

Stephanie was assigned to me this time and I have to say I'm really impressed. My clothes came back smelling clean and fresh.

As someone with a disability/fixed income I was very grateful for the accessibility/ease and affordability of the service and workers.

My washer is broken, so I used Duffloo for the first time. Our carrier was very friendly and answered my questions in a timely manner. We had a huge pile of clothing (adult and kids) as well as bed sheets and towels.

Duffloo is by far the most affordable pickup and drop-off laundry service in the area. I have tried a couple other ones but this one is the best and the only one I will use. Even my husband loves it. Quality and reliable service.

Laundry pickup in Downtown & Midtown: FAQ

Do you pick up laundry in Downtown & Midtown?

Yes. Duffloo picks up and delivers across Downtown & Midtown, in every postal code listed on this page. Enter your address when you book and the app confirms it before you pay.

How much does laundry pickup cost in Downtown & Midtown?

The same as everywhere we serve: wash, dry and fold is $1.25/lb, and pickup and delivery are free*. The minimum order is 20 lb, and a 20 lb order is $30.48 before HST ($34.44 with it): $25.00 of laundry plus a $3.99 Platform Service Fee and a $1.49 Trust & Safety Fee.

When will my laundry come back?

Pickup and delivery run between 9 AM and 8 PM. Choose any open day when you book. Orders picked up before 3 PM are typically returned the next day* by 8 PM, unless special handling or extras apply.

Can you wash a duvet or comforter that won't fit my machine?

Yes. Comforters, duvets, blankets and similar bulky items are washed as large items, chosen at checkout. Large items carry a per-item charge, shown at checkout and in our FAQ, and need longer machine time, so next-day delivery* doesn't apply to them. If we can't safely wash or dry an item, we decline it and you aren't charged for it.
