From Liberty Village and Parkdale to Roncesvalles, High Park, Bloor West Village and The Junction, and north through Corso Italia and Oakwood to Mount Dennis, the west end mixes converted Victorians, newer condos and family homes. A shared machine in a converted house or a building laundry room rarely runs on your schedule. Duffloo works around you instead: free pickup* from your door, a Washer Hero who washes, dries and folds everything, and next-day delivery*.

How it works

  1. Book a pickup

Schedule in the app or on the web, pick your detergent and drying preferences, and leave your bag out — you don't need to be home.

  2. We wash, dry & fold

A Washer Hero collects your order, washes it separately from anyone else's, dries it the way you chose and folds it neatly.

  3. Back the next day*

Orders picked up before 3 PM are typically returned the next day* by 8 PM, unless special handling or extras apply.

Reviews from Google

Stephanie was assigned to me this time and I have to say I'm really impressed. My clothes came back smelling clean and fresh.

As someone with a disability/fixed income I was very grateful for the accessibility/ease and affordability of the service and workers.

My washer is broken, so I used Duffloo for the first time. Our carrier was very friendly and answered my questions in a timely manner. We had a huge pile of clothing (adult and kids) as well as bed sheets and towels.

Duffloo is by far the most affordable pickup and drop-off laundry service in the area. I have tried a couple other ones but this one is the best and the only one I will use. Even my husband loves it. Quality and reliable service.
